Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Yes! We accept returns and exchanges within 21 days from the receipt of your product. If you need to exchange or return your shoes, please let us know within 21 days. Requests after that time will be denied. Contact us on our returns page or email us at ivyalexanderitaly@gmail.com to initiate the return/exchange policy. All free returns and exchanges are limited to one per order.  More than one return could result in shipping cost for the customer.

If returned, when will I get my money back?

All refunds will be processed once merchandise is received and inspected to ensure it is unworn and in new condition.  Once inspected, funds will be returned within 24-48 hours.  If merchandise fails the inspection process, merchandise will be returned to buyer and no refund will be granted.

What size should I order for my shoes?

All Ivy Alexander Italy footwear merchandise is made in Italian manufacturing facilities and run true to size. For example, if you wear a size 7, that is the size you should order. Additionally, all of our footwear apparel products are available in half sizes so that you can order the perfect fit for you.

How long does it take to receive my order?

All orders will be received within 15-20 business days from your date of purchase.  On estimate, our orders are received in approximately 3 weeks; however, due to additional safety measures and increased shipping times worldwide, orders could take up to 4 weeks.

Why does it take 3-4 weeks to receive my order?

Here at Ivy Alexander Italy, we believe in offering you the best in quality.  To us, that means creating the best products on the market.  Our shoes never sit in a warehouse!  Approximately 80% of our shoe creation process is done manually by some of the world's finest shoe artisans directly following your order being received. Shoes are typically completed within 6-12 business days and shipped out immediately after completion and the quality review process.
